The Exercise Institute, Inc. was the first professional, private, and personal 15-minute exercise facility in the Inland Northwest. Since 1995, we have grown to become the most established and trusted facility as well.

In addition to college degrees and/or nationally recognized personal certifications, ALL of our people must pass a written, oral, and practical examination to be qualified as a Prime Effect™ Instructor, Specialist, or Sr. Exercise Specialist. Our people, place, and programs are all designed to give you the greatest opportunity to succeed.
All of your exercise and support is performed 1 on 1 under proper supervision in a private, clinical exercise room.Unlike many others in the industry, we invest heavily in appropriate exercise equipment.
Dumbbells and rubber balls might be cheaper, but they can’t touch the safety and results of low friction, correct variable resistant machines that are designed for proper muscle joint function.

They say imitation is the ultimate form of flattery. All other “so-called” 15-minute fitness gyms in the area are not appropriately certified and only have tried to copy our formula for success.
For safeties sake, any properly certified and qualified trainer should have detailed knowledge and competence in the prescription and application of proper 15-minute High-intensity exercise.
Doing a Google search or reading a website does NOT count as research or certification. As the founder of Exercise Institute and devote’ of 15-minute fitness personally for almost 20 years, I can help you determine if a trainer and facility are qualified or not.

Additionally, we keep accurate and detailed records of you and your workouts. Without this data, your true assessment is almost impossible. How do the trainer and gym keep records?
We are proud that we have supervised in excess of 500,000 personal training sessions since opening, but we aren’t done getting better. We like to say, “Our clients aren’t the only ones making changes.” That’s why you should give us a good look.
